Easy as pip squeal to make, totally scrumptious and beautiful.

Parmesan
Rocket
Lemon
Bresola
Pink peppercorns
Method
1. Finely grate Parmesan cheese
2. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the grated cheese mixture onto a lined baking sheet Bake for at in a preheated oven at 200c for 3 to 5 mins Leave to cool for 5 seconds before gently lifting of with a spatula and moulding over small shot glasses or similar.
3. Once set, gently remove and fill with a torn rocket leaves, a morsel of bresola, a sprinkle of pink peppercorns (substitute for a touch of black pepper if preferred) a little lemon zest and a squeeze of lemon.
