The Ultimate Treat Freakshake

Ingredients (Makes two)

500ml of Vanilla Ice Cream
150ml of strawberry syrup
200g of white chocolate chips
300ml of  full fat milk
100g of mini marshmallows
4 x Oreos
Handful of mini pretzels
Squirty cream
Sprinkles of your choice

1. Remove your vanilla ice cream from the freezer and leave for 10 minutes until soften.

2. Scoop into a bowl, add 100g of the white chocolate chips and 100ml of the strawberry syrup. Fold together until rippled through and freeze for around 6 hours.

3. When ready, melt the remaining white chocolate chips, dip your glasses/jars/sundae bowls into the white chocolate, then cover a plate with the sprinkles and dip the chocolate covered rim in to them.

4. Next, squirt the inside and bottom of the glasses with the rest of the strawberry syrup.

5. Blitz your ice cream, the milk and a squeeze more of syrup into a blender and blitz until smooth.

6. Poor, the shake into each glass until just below the rim.

7. Top with a layer of squirty cream, an eco-friendly straw, a throw of mini marshmellow, poke in your Oreos and fill mini pretzels in the gap.

Change up the toppings with your favourite treats – cut ring doughnuts in half and hang them off the side, layer a few party rings over your straws, dust with glitter.

Simply replace the strawberry syrup with chocolate or caramel sauce for different flavours!
