Ingredients (Serves 4 )
800g of frozen berries (we use mixed berries but use whichever you prefer)
3 bananas (the riper, the sweeter)
1 x courgette peeled
2 handfuls of raw spinach
160ml of coconut water or almond milk
For the topping:
Almond flakes, lightly toasted
Oates, lightly toasted
4 level tbsp Chai seeds
Chopped fruit of your choice
Drizzle of honey
Method:
1. Blitz of the frozen berries, bananas, spinach, courgette and coconut water together. Add more to loosen if need be.
2. Split the mixture and pour into each bowl
3. Top and decorate with all your toppings – feel free to change this up as per your preference but the above listed give a good balance of texture, flavour, protein and fibre.
