Ingredients
Makes roughly 8 pancakes
1 Cup of milk (If you would like more crepe style pancakes add more milk to make a thinner batter!)
1 cup of self-raising flour
1 egg
Pinch of salt
Method
1. Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2. Whisk until completely smooth.
3. Heat up your frying pan and when hot, add a small knob of butter to coat the pan.
4. Add a ladle of mixture into the pan.
5. When golden on the bottom, flip and cook for a couple more minutes until cooked through.
6. Finish with toppings of your choice, sweet or savoury!

- A lashing of Greek yoghurt and berries
- Peanut butter and banana with a drizzle of chocolate sauce
- Crispy streaky bacon slathered in maple syrup
- Stewed apple with toffee sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream
SAVOURY
- Ham, cheese and béchamel sauce
- Avocado, crispy bacon and a sprinkling of feta
- Mushroom and spinach, topped with a poached egg and some crumbly stilton
- Roasted squash, goats cheese with a side of onion chutney and sprinkling of sunflower seeds
